We have an exciting opportunity for a **Meetings & Events Planning Executive** dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.

The **Meetings & Events Planning Executive** will ensure the effective and efficient planning of all the bookings for meetings and events. Offering the highest levels of customer service, the **Meetings & Events Planning Executive** will communicate with both our customers and the hotel operational departments to provide a seamless service. The role will also form key relationships with regular and repeat customers, helping them with their enquiries as needed.

We are looking for a talented and motivated **Meetings & Events Planning Executive**, with the drive to deliver results and exceed expectations.

**What we are looking for**:

- A successful track record of customer service experience essential. Ideally some previous experience in planning events
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Team player with strong & positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a frequently changing market environment. Be proactive and able to “think outside of the box”
- Ability to develop constructive relationships with internal and external clients as well as suppliers
- Detail oriented and hands on approach
- Good negotiation, persuasion and upselling skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
