We are seeking an experience Facilities Maintence Assitant to work at our prestigous location based in Westminster.

We are looking for someone who is a team player but able to work on their own, loyal, honest, transparent, trustworthy, with a 'can do attitude'. Open-minded, generous and willing to assist all departments on achieving the Business overall goal of delivering a memorial experience to their clients. Empathetic and understanding of people and putting others before themselves. A willingness to learn new skills and develop within a Facilities role.

The role requires someone with flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

This postion will report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, in the day to day running of the maintenance within the building. You will develop an understanding of the Facilities Management System procedures and communicate information to the appropriate personnel. To install and drive succinct processes and procedures within maintenance.

You will have knowledge and experience in:
- 1. PAT Testing

2. Water Hygiene operations/sampling and testing

3. Manual Handling

4. Basic Electrical and Plumbing skills

5. Painting and Decorating

6. Understanding and operating the Fire Evacuation system

7. Computer skills to manage workload on the Facilities Management System (FMS)

8. Amenities record keeping

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
