Our family run business has been established for over 8 years, offering a wide range of ear care services within the private sector. We have a reputation of very high standards amongst GPs, nurses, and consultants, with them regularly referring to us and recommending us to their patients.

Our staff and clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we regularly go the extra mile to ensure they are happy. We are looking for a team player who has experience in dealing with patients in a calm and friendly manner, ideally in a healthcare environment. You should be a confident, focused individual, willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients leave our clinic happy and having had a pleasant experience with us.

You should be confident on the computer and telephone as well as comfortable with multitasking and deal well under pressure.

Our team operate on a friendly, supportive, and flexible basis and go out of their way to make sure we have a family feel whilst maintaining high standards and professionalism at all times.

We work from a CRM system and full training will be given on this with ongoing support, should you need it. Our appointments are every 20 minutes so confidence and ability to work at a fast pace is essential, whilst maintaining attention to detail. You will be supported by a practitioner at each clinic.

Receptionist Duties include:

- Set up ready for clinic.
- Ensure all client areas are always kept clean and tidy. This is especially important as we are maintaining Covid safe clinics for our clients.
- Booking clients in on our CRM system and entering data with high attention to detail.
- Helping clients with the medical questionnaire should they need it.
- Answering any queries either face to face or over the phone, in an effective, confidential, and polite manner.
- Checking the questionnaire over to ensure all sections are filled in.
- Taking payments from clients for treatments and entering payments correctly onto CRM.
- Rebooking any follow up appointments.
- Maintain good knowledge of the services our company offers to help clients with questions.
- Know our prices so as to help clients with their enquiries.
- Go the extra mile to help clients feel at ease and make their experience more comfortable.
- Liaise with the manager after every clinic to ensure progress and high standards in the company. This includes any relevant information, further training on this will be given.
- Liaise with lead practitioners on clinic.
- Clean down and tidy reception area after clinic and packing away equipment.
- Ensure Cliniko is up to date before the end of clinic and before you leave.
- Always maintain a smart and professional appearance, this includes wearing the name badge provided, mínimal jewellery and appropriate clothing.

**Please note** this is a job share and shifts will be every other Sunday, 8.30am-4.30pm.

References will be required.
