My client is an exciting multinational organisation. We are recruiting for an experienced PPayroll specialist to working on Uk payrolls within their large payroll team. You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll across the business. Our clientis looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis

As payroll specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and monthly payroll. The payroll is finalised within a bureau but this may change and come in house as well as expand into new countries as the business grows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing payroll
- Handling all pay queries
- Importing timesheet data to the payroll system
- Develop and document payroll processes for different countries and advising on improvements
- Setting up new starts and processing leavers
- P11d's and P11bd Processing
- Effectively resolving queries relating to pay
- Pensions advice and processing
- Annual salary and bonus review, and the budget planning process, working closely with the HR and Finance department.
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in SSP and SMP
- Experience in PAYE and National Insurance
- Strong manual calculation ability
- International payroll knowledge
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to quickly understand business issues and data challenges
- Experience in Benefits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good systems skills including MS Excel, Sage
