An exciting position has become available at one of London’s fastest growing Print organisations. As part of our recent expansion at our Printexpert, Chingford site we are looking to recruit additional staff to support our continued business growth. We are currently looking for a Admin Assistant

Main quality must be polite and excellent telephone manner, previous customer service experience a must

Responsibilities will include, keeping in house data base updated, reporting back on progress of orders, supporting director in day to day admin tasks including stock take, updating websites, organising holiday diary as well as general admin duties.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written

Good written and spoken English

Must be highly organised and be able to meet strict deadlines

Good computer skills (mac & pc)

Ability to deal confidently and effectively with a variety of people

Personal Skills & Behaviours

Good attention to detail

Flexible / adaptable approach to work / Honesty

Part time - Tuesday - Friday

9am - 6pm

£11 per hr
