Rapid Colour Services are a leading manufacturer of concentrated colour that is used by plastic processors to colour everything from food packaging to children’s toys. Established for more than 30 years, we are based in Leigh.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- £23,500 per annum
- Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM (1 Hour lunch)
- Office-based role
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Monthly site bonus (up to 5% typically)

**What will be expected of you**:
The administration role will support the sales function from the initial order phase through to delivery to customers and invoicing.
- Support the administrative needs of the Sales, Laboratory and Production teams.
- Process and control sales orders for your clients.
- Maintain and update company in-house databases and systems.
- Liaising with customers & sales manager on prices, order requirements and queries
- Assist with maintaining stock levels & monitoring accounts.
- Invoicing and dealing with queries
- Inputting and managing data in Excel spreadsheets
- General office duties
- Booking & managing export shipments to our European customers

**What we are looking for**:

- Administration experience
- Customer contact experience
- Good computer literacy including basic Excel knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Positive, pro-active, and flexible approach.

The company does not work overtime or weekends.
