We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our Human Resources department.

This is a great opportunity to build your administration and HR knowledge within a busy, growing and multinational team. The role will be hybrid working from our offices located near Bank/Liverpool Street.

**Here's what you’ll be doing**:

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting the HR team with all aspects of the HR function.
- Point of contact for all stakeholders requiring advise or support.
- Completing offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Liaising with internal departments such as IT to ensure the new joiner set up process is efficient and effective.
- Initiating digital Right to Work and background checks, monitoring and logging progress as needed.
- Communicating with new employees and managers pre-joining to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience working within a generalist HR or Talent Acquisition function.
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellently organisational skills and able to prioritise workloads.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Sterling or a background checking provider would be a bonus.
