JOB TITLE: Temp Office Coordinator Immediate Start

LOCATION: Central Brighton

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

SALARY: £13 - £14 per hour (Dependant on Experience)

DURATION: 4 months

Office Angels are supporting a rapidly growing company in central Brighton, a stone's throw from the sea. The company have gone from strength to strength and has doubled in size over the last 2 years, due to this they are completely renovating their officeto make way for a new swanky fit Working with the Office Manager and EA this is an interesting and varied role, getting involved in coordinating the refit to thinking of improvements for the team and getting involved in events.

**Role Duties**:

- Supporting the Office Manager with duties such as dealing with contractors, internal and external staff queries
- Assisting with overseeing the general office operation
- Organise, prioritise, and coordinate maintenance jobs.
- Suggest where improvements can be made
- Helping to assist with event planning such as Christmas party
- General administration duties, ordering new stationary and equipment for the new office
- Supporting team members setting up meetings when required
- Dynamic, happy to get stuck into the business, this is a fast paced role in a busy office
- IT literate
- A helpful and positive attitude
- Professional, approachable, and committed
- Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
