We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised individual, in a supporting role to the HR and Learning & Development Manager. The role will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, providing managers and staff with effective administrative support in all aspects of Human Resources. You will work as part of a friendly, professional, and supportive team, in this exciting and varied role providing professional advice and guidance on HR related matters to a variety of stakeholders within Estates and Finance.

You will work with HR Business Partners to support in case casework, in line with policy providing guidance throughout the process. Taking notes and supporting at formal hearings where required.

To support the team with project work, supporting the implementation of the Estates HR Strategy and the workstreams that have been identified.

This is a great opportunity to build on your existing HR experience in a role that will challenge and reward you, the role can be worked on a hybrid basis with the need for flexibility to work in the office 3 days per week in order to meet the operational needs of the team.

With experience of working in a complex HR department providing advice and guidance and processing high volumes of work you will possess proven excellent customer service, organisation and time management skills.

You will contribute to a small team where a confidential approach is required while dealing with difficult and sensitive issues.

You will be required to use your initiative, provide guidance in line with policy.

You will have excellent IT, written and oral communication skills which will be required for accurately drafting correspondence, note taking and meeting preparation.

Ideally you will have experience of working within HR in a complex service environment with a good understanding of administering HR processes and establishing and maintaining records/databases.
