**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading player in the industrial/manufacturing sector, headquartered in Coventry. With a robust employee base, the organisation is renowned for its innovative practices and its commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees records.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Support other assigned functions.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Officer should have:
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Proactivity and the ability to work independently.
- An understanding of HR functions and best practices.

- An estimated pay rate if £13-15ph / salary range of £27000-£30000 per annum - dependant on experience.
