The duties of the role include, but are not limited too:

- Processing referrals and conducting person centred support needs and risk assessments with service users ensuring that outcomes focused support plans are in place and regularly reviewed using restorative practice
- Providing an effective, efficient and sensitive housing management & support service to victims/survivors of domestic abuse.
- Assisting the Service Manager and Team Leader with the promotion and development of the service and associated services
- Providing accurate and timely service monitoring information to the Service Manager ensuring contractual compliance and achieving consistently high performance in relation to key indicators
- Developing co-productive relationships with service users, Involving and consulting them on all aspects of service delivery
- Creating and facilitating group work with service users and mentor volunteers as appropriate
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Assisting in managing and monitoring financial performance of services
- Establishing and maintaining partnership working with external agencies and the local community
- Performing the duties of other Support Services staff as required to ensure the continued effective operation of the service
- To comply at all times with Safeguarding Policies and Procedures, including recording and reporting all safeguarding concerns

This role will be perfect for an applicant with experience in working in housing, or specialising in domestic abuse case work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,606.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week
