**Job Purpose Summary**

Deliver the marketing objectives of the business and brand for the Helen O’Grady global franchise network. Motivate and equip our thriving franchise network so that they can market locally to attract new students to the network across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Be the brand guardian for Helen O’Grady keeping stakeholders on brand and suppling updated assets when necessary
- Develop a social strategy and create and post marketing messages/images ensuring that they are on brand tonally updating the existing social framework as necessary
- Own the Helen O’Grady websites including copy/product/imagery updates, SEO requirements, etc.
- Help develop and deliver an annual Marketing Plan which meets the needs of the network, brand and business in collaboration with the Group Marketing Director/COO Helen O’Grady
- Create and write the monthly marketing memo to help franchisees do their local marketing in an efficient and helpful manner reminding them of the marketing assets already created
- Manage our digital agency and local marketing service for the network ensuring that all recharges for services are undertaken on a monthly basis according to spend and plan
- Provide local marketing advice to Principals when required including offline and online marketing advice
- Create a suite of marketing assets for the network to help with local marketing ensuring they are distributed to them digitally (both online and offline marketing assets)
- Field requests for marketing assets and brief design resource when appropriate
- Must be able to write a compelling creative brief
- Report weekly on digital stats, student numbers, marketing initiatives and deliverables in an easy-to-read dashboard
- Help manage the marketing budget, raising PO’s when required and ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Liaise weekly with franchisees to ensure the speedy delivery of marketing assets and advice
- Ad hoc requests as necessary

**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to stick to a plan in a dynamic environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Clean driving license
- Have an understanding of Print and Digital marketing channels and techniques
- Good IT skills including an understanding of Microsoft Office, Google, project management tools and proprietary software
- Use of Mailchimp, OneDrive, Hubspot*, Sage X3*, SEMrush*
- Ideal, but not essential as training will be given

**Other**
- Ideally someone from a franchising background
- Must be able to travel to Cardiff on a monthly basis to work with the team there
- Happy to travel to conferences
