**Job Description** Our team at The Lifeways Group in North Walsham are currently recruiting a Support Worker to work in our amazing flat scheme St Thomas House.

St Thomas house has sixteen one-bedroom apartments, each with a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, and a large bathroom with a wet room style shower. The service has 12 flats for people with greater levels of independence and four flats for individualswith more complex care needs requiring higher levels of support.

In order to encourage and support our service users we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Individuals to work in our services to all support aspects of their daily lives.

The location of this service is truly stunning in rural North Walsham with an amazing team who truly support and encourage both colleagues and service users to be the best version of themselves. The service also has transport links to nearby Cromer, Mundesleyand the surrounding villages.

As a support worker you be expected to support our service users with general household chores such as cooking and laundry and housework such as hoovering and dusting. Please note that assisting with personal care such as bathing, toileting and feeding arepart of the job role.

No two days are the same in this role, you will have the opportunity to assist someone else, broaden their horizons and experiences whilst doing the same for you.
