**We are looking for a full
- time Receptionist to work at our head office in Newry.**

**The ideal person will have**:
- At least 1 years experience in an administration and Customer facing role.
- Strong IT skills in particular Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- English and Maths GCSE
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
**The duties will include**:
- Professionally answering the telephone and effectively dealing with enquiries
- Processing and co-ordinating outgoing and incoming post
- Receiving deliveries and arranging distribution to recipients
- Typing letters, reports and other documents as directed
- Ensuring that reception and meeting room areas are suitable for purpose
- Booking meeting rooms and making catering arrangements
- Administration duties for MJM departments
- Other duties as requested by Management commensurate with the job title
