ASCO delivers a wide range of integrated solutions and specialist services across all areas of logistics, materials, marine and waste, making a material difference to our customers’ operations. This role will be integral to the operation and will be responsible for providing accurate and timely data using ASCO systems and administration requirements

Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilising the ASCO systems such as WaMS, TMS and QMS including data input, creating sales order lines, checking deliveries and raising POs whilst ensuring accuracy of information across the systems.
- Supporting our Environmental team by liaising with septic tank customers, taking payments, cheque input and banking.
- Collate KPI information from various sources, inputting the data into weekly & monthly reports to distribute to the business & clients.
- Completing daily administrative tasks such as ordering consumables, stationary and booking loads into our sites and supplier sites.
- Be a strong team player, proactively assisting colleagues undertaking ad-hoc duties and providing annual leave cover for other Operations Support duties as required.
- Assisting the Management Team with Administrative duties when required including responding to enquiries through the main office telephone number.
- Completing administrative duties for the Bulks department including data entry, recording stock levels and communicating these to the business and clients.
- Input charges into the AX system, ensuring amounts are correct according to client contracts and complete for invoicing.
- Maintain training matrix and book training.
- Organising offshore travel.

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)
- A proven track record within an administrative role.
- Customer focused and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external.
- Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing.
- Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team.
- Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education to GCSE level or equivalent
