**Integrated Offender Manager Lead** (IOM) at Change Grow Live will play an integral part in delivering the national IOM strategy and operational delivery in conjunction with our local Humberside Police and Probation partners, which offers a platform for the delivery of desistance and recovery-oriented interventions and support for individuals engaging in serious acquisitive crime.

We are currently recruiting a
**1 Year Fixed Team IOM Lead** to work as part of the already formed IOM team. This role involves delivering psychological interventions on a 1:1 basis, supporting our hard to engage service users and promoting and encouraging access into treatment as well as leading the model operationally from a substance misuse perspective to instill recovery focused values amongst the partnership in the
**City of Hull**, to support people to get well, reduce re-offending and keep communities safe. **Hours**:37.5hrs per week

**Salary**: £30,316 - £32,412 dependent on experience

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:

- Engage with people that have identified substance misuse indicators, identified via IOM operational forums
- Provide a specialised Integrated Offender Management offer to identified individuals to provide bespoke interventions around how these individuals act, react, and interact ensuring appropriate support is provided
- Providing assertive outreach practices in partnership with IOM Police Officers and other relevant service providers- Help individuals to develop recovery resources and access peer and mutual support groups to develop their own recovery capital- Engage in regular consultation with service users to maintain the quality of the service, supporting staff by encouraging service user engagement
- Participate in observed practice where needed to support with staff development, ensuring that good practice is shared and promoted in a way that supports colleagues

**About you**:

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within criminal justice or related field
- Experience of working with individuals that have suffered multiple disadvantages
- Knowledge and experience of multi-agency working and establishing partnerships and developing pathways with other professions to achieve good outcomes for the service user group
- Ability to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service users
- Ability to communicate information to individuals and groups in a way that is easily understood
- Good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice (desirable but not essential)
