We are delighted to advise we have an exciting opportunity within the Carers’ Information & Support Service (CISS) for a flexible, dedicated individual who can provide information, advice and support across the city of Hull.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in undertaking assessments and caseload management who would enjoy the challenge of identifying hidden carers through partnership working, events and service presentations.

The Integrated CISS Worker is a great opportunity for someone to join our forward-thinking service with a dynamic team of carer support workers who work with a ‘Think Carer’ focused approach.

A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience is essential, alongside a good range of IT Skills.
