Offender Support Worker

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Persistent Offender Support Worker for a leading Petty Crime Reduction Partnership Service delivering intervention advice to service users in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
The successful applicant will be an experienced, compassionate individual who will be able to offer patients a first-class life recovery in an industry leading working environment. This role is working full time with standard hours 37 hours (Monday to Thursday 08:45-16:45 or 09:00-17:00 and Fridays 08:45-16:15 or 09:00-16:30). Any mileage / travel expenses incurred above usual whilst on shift will be compensated.
Persistent Offender Worker: The post holder will play a pivotal role in our mission to support service users to reduce their likelihood of committing crime.
Persistent offender support workers will deliver support to individuals that have been identified as persistent offenders within Newcastle’s city centre and support them in all areas of their life that may be contributing to their offending behaviour, motivate and encourage the individuals to make positive changes to their lives and work with specialist services in order to achieve positive outcomes.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of £23,000 Per Year.
