We’re looking for Facilities Assistant to join the Kier Places Facilities Management team based at Staffordshire Police HQ. Within this role, you can enjoy access to our Kier SmartSpending App, a 24/7 GP Service, Life Assurance for four times your salary and even more.

**Location**: Staffordshire Police HQ - Stafford

**Contract**: Permanent, full time 8am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be providing operational administration support to the managers and Facilities Coordinator to deliver all requirements on the FM contract.

Your day to day will include:

- Liaising with client, helpdesk, sub-contractors and operational staff to ensure that reactive and planned maintenance activities are delivered to contractual requirements
- Regular review of maintenance task progress in client and Kier helpdesks and update if required
- Collating and uploading operational and subcontractor information
- Assisting with financial systems and information, raise Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
