We are looking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Digital Training Team as a Digital Training Team Administrator.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for completing administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Digital Training Team. This will include adding and editing e-learning course content, running reports of training completed and providing support and assistance to a wide range of staff across the Trust.

We require effective communication and time management skills so previous experience of working to and negotiating multiple and competing deadlines is essential along with the ability to work on your own and without direct supervision.

Although this role is Kettering based, we are proud to offer flexibility in how and where we work - having a blend between home working and on site working is promoted.
