Company Description

This position is located at our European headquarters in High Wycombe, UK.

**Job Description**:

- Responsibility for the import instruction process to carriers
- Ensuring courier shipments are sent out & delivered on time to our customers & global offices
- Support Shipping Team with day to day administrative tasks eg. creation of manual shipping invoices & packing lists
- Freight invoice approvals

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Managing shipping inbox for imports, creating instructions to carriers and updating records
- Liaise with relevant departments to co-ordinate courier shipments
- Creating shipment invoices & packing lists
- Ensure all courier shipment deliveries are made in line with customer and company requirements.
- Act as contact for customer and internal queries relating to shipping or status enquiries.
- Signing off freight invoices from suppliers
- Maintaining and updating various existing spreadsheets.

**Qualifications**:
Key Experience and Competencies (includes skills)
- Previous experience of shipping and shipping procedures relating to imports & courier shipments
- Knowledge of Customs/HTS Codes.
- Keenness to learn and carry out new tasks and develop new skills, within a multi-functional role.
- Sound analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms
- A good demonstration of prioritisation
