Are you looking for an exciting new challenge working across both Global Brands and our Hotels? We have a superb opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Assistant to assist in the successful operation of our company’s onsite and remote technology infrastructure. In this role you will be supporting our I.T. manager to provide effective and critical I.T. support for our businesses. Alongside well-developed I.T. support skills, you will also need excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders, which include field-based sales staff and employees who are remote working along with hotel staff at both locations. The role is office based full time - no weekends.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify, co-ordinate and resolve incidents as quickly as possible and log the journey
- Work alongside the I.T. manager on new projects
- On Premise Exchange and 365
- Ensure the smooth running of internal systems
- Help with change management to improve existing systems and processes
- Work with disaster recovery and business continuity procedures and policies
- A hands-on role

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar technical role
- Knowledge of software setup and troubleshooting as well as hardware configuration
- Cat 5 cabling, vlans, networking and O365
- A technically minded approach to solving problems and issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel

**Knowledge of the following**:

- Office O365
- Microsoft Teams
- VMware (would be an advantage)
- Administrating Exchange Online
- Ubiquiti Switches Lan\Wap’s
- Vlan’s setup and configuration
- Windows 10\11
- Microsoft Office 2016\2019
- Knowledge of Hotels systems and Apple Pc’s would be an advantage
