**About the role**

As Product Owner, you'll be a key member of the ARVAL UK Commercial Marketing team, supporting Product, Marketing and Sales commercial KPIs. Within this role, you'll visualise dynamic solutions to get our products and brand the best routes to market. The sales performance of our vehicles and service solutions can quickly change, so data, transformation and strategy is a key part of what we do.

As our digital solutions and ecommerce lead, you'll be in charge of delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial outcomes through our web and digital platforms. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, collect requirements, and prioritise development requirements based on commercial impact.

Working within your budget, you'll oversee the work of our website development partners, ensuring that all delivered items meet acceptable criteria and align with our goals.

As the Product Owner you'll have the opportunity to work in collaboration with other ARVAL countries and central website and digital teams. Website optimisation, HTML and SEO all essential for this role.

As a strong collaborator, while you seek and identify these opportunities, you'll need to be commercially aware and prepared to work closely with our Marketing and Sales Teams. You'll also need to coordinate opportunities for collaboration across departments, running and managing digitally focused projects through to delivery.

As the face of Digital Marketing, you will be highly visible to your fellow Journey Makers; you must be able to demonstrate:

- Previous successful relationship management
- Ownership of website development partner relationships to provide tactical solutions
- Your ability to spot opportunities for improvement
- Your entrepreneurial approach and the ability to pitch for more budget
- Passion for delivering a strong user experience
- Work collaboratively and pragmatically

This includes a **basic salary of**range of** **£40,000** to **£52,000**, plus up to **£4,600 bonus**, plus a company car/allowance **(£5,500** **per annum)**in addition.

**About You**

You'll use your passion for Digital Marketing to improve our customer experience and maximise business growth, solutions and upselling opportunities.

You may have a marketing degree or similar, and will have experience of Digital Marketing of products or services from the automotive industry, corporate, insurance or an agency.

You must be able to build lasting relationships. You'll comfortably guide and support in order to upskill and develop the core strengths of the function and deliver the expected outcomes. Both with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to tell a story with Data, presentation of dashboards
- Demonstrate your ability to align digital marketing with business requirements and KPI's
- Expert planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
