**HR Advisor - Reading (Hybrid) - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35**
Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting multiple HR Advisors to join their Defence client in Reading on an interim 6-month basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of timely and accurate HR services within requirements, both across the business and to customers.
- Maintain workload and case trackers so improvements can be identified.
- Timely and accurate updating of the HR Information System (Workday)
- Ensure correspondence and documentation is accurate and in accordance with approved templates.
- Delivery of routine scheduled activities
- Escalation of issues in accordance with relevant processes.
- Support ad hoc project work (including HR and Company initiative, administrative services, and occasional face-to-face support).
- Testing and maintenance of HRIS.

**Requirements**:

- Active SC level security clearance held - BPSS may be okay to start with.
- Previous HR Administration experience
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work loads
- IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
