To provide a comprehensive range of clerical & administrative support to the Head of Elective Access and Performance To arrange meetings and workshops, book meeting rooms and venues. To attend meetings and produce timely, accurate agendas, minutes, presentations and reports for Trust level RTT meetings to a high standard, with attention to detail as required, and to a high standard for external use within the wider healthcare system. To produce, update and maintain the RTT Remedial Action Plans and reports, using MS software to the requirements of the Head of Elective Access and Performance To produce, update and maintain the Clinical Harm Review Group spreadsheets, entering Datix information and tracking reporting as required. To support the Clinical Harm Review Group, analysing reports and creating pivot tables and graphs to raise escalation where necessary.
