Position Details:
**Position**: Procurement Specialist (Business Services Department, Permanent, Part time 2.5 days per week)

**Salary**:£ 15,677 (Inclusive of London Weighting)

**Location**:Regents Park/Hybrid

Overview of the Role:
This role is part of the Procurement team in the Business Services department. The main focus of this role will be to run sourcing processes and to support the implementation of procurement solutions to provide best value for money and manage risk across a variety of spend categories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running Procurement exercises
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Managing contract administration
- Engaging supplier on sustainability matters

- Have experience working in a procurement, purchasing or buying role
- Be familiar with managing competing priorities
- Have knowledge of and interest in concepts such as sustainability, corporate social responsibility, social value and responsible procurement generally
