This is a great opportunity for any internal communications enthusiasts who’re looking for immediate part-time interim opportunities based in the heart of London.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of an internal communications strategy that supports the delivery of our client’s strategy and priorities.
- Deliver and evaluate comprehensive, coherent, consistent and co-ordinated internal communications using a range of channels and balancing reactive with proactive communications.
- Manage the different internal comms platforms eg, our client’s Sharepoint intranet and on-line social network (yammer) and all staff MS Team’s meetings and in-person events.
- Play a key role in supporting our client’s transition to hybrid working, implementing a digital strategy by developing an integrated approach to in-person and virtual communication and engagement.
- Actively encourage and support colleagues to participate and interact, contributing to the embedding of our client’s values and the development of their culture.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive, Directors, OD Manager and other colleagues across the organisation, including the external communications team, to ensure IC is effective and representative.

Other Responsibilities
- Management of people and resources as and when required: ensure that the organisation’s business and information systems are utilised for the benefit of the team, directorate; help manage finances in compliance with related policies and procedures; effectivelymanage project/business performance by planning, co-ordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate.
- Undertakes any other duties that may reasonably be required, and are commensurate with the grade of the job, in furtherance of the objectives of the charity.
- Ensures compliance with charity’s policies, procedures and contract of employment.
- **Key Requirements**
- Proven experience of delivering and evaluating internal communications
- Experience of managing engagement projects and delivering innovative comms
- Experience of developing and managing internal comms schedules and strategies
- Experience of co-ordinating and facilitating engaging in person and hybrid events
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Able to write engaging and accessible pieces appropriate for different channels, purposes and audiences
- Able to influence at all levels and build networks
- Able to work collaboratively and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues, partners and clients

Desirable
- Experience of managing Sharepoint or a similar intranet platform
- Experience of distributed organisations and remote working
- An understanding of small-medium sized professional services organisations and/or health and care sector
