**Locker Room Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and order in the locker room area.
- Manage the distribution and collection of golf bags, clubs, and personal items.
- Assist members and guests with locker assignments and enquiries.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
- Address member and guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist with enquiries related to club policies, tee times, and general club information.

**Golf Operations Support**:

- Collaborate with the golf operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the driving range.
- Coordinate the collection and storage of golf balls from the driving range.
- Manage golf cart fleet, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for use.
- Golf course marshal duties when required.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of golf clubs and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate staff.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with members, guests, and fellow staff members.
- Relay important information regarding course conditions, events, and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and club procedures preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: From £11.95 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 36 per week
