As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents. Your primary role will be to provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide restaurant-quality service to residents, including explaining menu options and serving food from the kitchen.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Support dining operations and food service in other areas, such as private dining rooms, cafes, and special events.
- Handle resident complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
