**Finance Administrator**
**Glasgow**
**£22,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)**
**Mon-Friday (9-5:30, Hybrid working)**
Mainstay are working alongside a fantastic company to look for a Finance Administrator.
**Role**:
- You will work alongside both the accounts team
- Inputting financial records onto excel and other systems
- Preparing reports, supporting the Payroll team, and general admin duties
- Responsible for purchase and sales ledgers, general ledgers, cash book, and petty cash control
**Company**
- A well-established Service provider
- Excellent excel and Microsoft suite knowledge
- You will also be goal orientated, resilient and self-motivated
- Previous experience and knowledge in facilities management is advantageous
- Ability to deal with customer service issues in a calm and professional manner
- Superb communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
