You will be part of a team of 13, Assisting with the overlap between HR and Finance, you will also provide general admin duties to ensure all payroll matters are ran smoothly.

All this while working towards your SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support
**Additional Information**
- Salary - £9,360 - £18,512 per annum
- Working Hours - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm
**Future career prospect**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in the weekly payroll data collection using our Fourth Hospitality Software
- Assisting with new starts and recent leavers documents
- AD HOC HR support
- Assisting in monthly pay runs for 500 employees - Effective use of Excel spreadsheets
- General Finance duties from hub doc, supplier recs, data collation, bank reconciliation
- Assisting with the overlap between HR and Finance and Payroll for monthly pay runs
- General office admin - Using Microsoft packages, outlook and use of telephone

- Self-starter
- Good IT understanding of excel etc
