An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant psychologist to join UCLH’s Urology Service to support the development of a new psychology service.
UCLH is currently developing a psychology service for patients accessing treatment for complex urological conditions. This includes people receiving life-changing surgical and non-surgical interventions.
The postholder will support a Clinical Psychologist in developing this service, through contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of a new psychology service within Urology at UCLH, including gathering, collating and analysing data as required, informing pathways of care.

The department offers comprehensive care for the whole spectrum of Urology services and is split into five sub-groups, the teams work together closely along with other services such as gynaecology, women’s health, assisted conception unit, oncology and the Uro-radiology. The department is based on the Westmoreland Street site, which provides both outpatient, theatre and inpatient facilities as well as imaging and critical care.
