The initial stage of the two-year programme of work is to pilot the model of integrated psychological care to provide proof of concept and evidence of its value; with additional funding having been allocated to support routine data collection in order to evaluate the success and impact of the pilot against set KPI’s. The overall objective of this model is to develop and provide a comprehensive integrated model of care for major trauma patients that ensures equity of high quality physical and psychological trauma care in London’s MTCs which can be stepped up when a major incident occurs.

- To work following clinical guidelines and the policies and procedures of the service, while closely supervised and regularly seeking help from clinical/professional supervisor or manager.
