**Job Title: Care Coordinator/Scheduler**

**Location: South West Manchester**

**Salary: £24,000 to £26,000**

**Are you a highly organised individual looking for a new opportunity with a highly inclusive and caring homecare business based in South West Manchester?**

This role requires someone who has already had experience of working in a fast paced homecare business and is used to juggling lots of tasks and delivering great customer service to customers and colleagues. Within this role you be responsible for managing the rotas of the care staff within this busy domiciliary care business, maintaining electronic records and supporting on any incoming queries.

This is a role that would be suitable for someone who is experienced in either rota management or scheduling gained from within the care sector and who has a good level of IT literacy.

To be successful in this role you would need to be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, be able to multi task, manage your own time effectively and be an excellent communicator.
- Have minimum of 1 year's experience in care scheduling or rota management gained from within the care sector
- Be able to efficiently manage rotas and schedules for both clients and carers
- Act responsively to schedule changes including sickness and holidays
- Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to client demand
- Have a positive mindset and enjoys problem-solving
- Upload data to and accurately maintain an electronic scheduling system

**As Care Coordinator role you will be required to: -**:

- Be responsible for the scheduling and rostering of frontline team members
- Ensure that staffing levels are controlled and fulfilling changing levels of customer demand
- Identify absence records and concerns
- Communicate with customers and employees in a positive way, representing the company values and being helpful at all times
- Assist the Management Team with day to day operations of the business
- Be happy to take part in the On-Call rota (1 weekend in 7, and 1 night per weekday)
- Work alongside the Recruitment Coordinator to onboard new staff members and allocate their new shift patterns appropriately
- Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required
- Respond and resolve customer and employee queries
- Be able to prioritise your own workload and work well without constant supervision.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
