**Overview;**
Dedicated to delivering high-quality care services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, we are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality domiciliary care to individuals in their own home setting.
The role involves following individual care plans which include assisting with daily activities, medicine administration, ensuring well-being, supporting overall quality of life.
You will be assigned several visits to client home addresses scheduled by our internal team, visits are planned efficiently all local to each other, this role involves travel along with DBS checks.
**Duties will include;**
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administering individual medicines.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Supporting with mobility and carrying out exercises.
- Administering first aid when needed and promptly responding to emergencies.
- Engaging with each individual providing emotional support.
- Documenting care activities maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with case management and coordinating care plans.

- Previous experience in domicillary care, nursing homes, or senior care settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of common medical conditions.
- Proficiency in providing personal care.
- Understanding lifting regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in improving the lives of others
- A valid driving license & vehicle to travel to each given address on their route.
To be eligible for this role you must hold the right to work in the UK, DBS, provide professional references, possess 12 months Health Care Experience.
