Salford Care Organisations Emergency Assessment Unit (EAU) is one of the largest in the country consisting of 55 beds with an AEC where we treat a range of patients pre-arranged by or medical team or referred via their GP for triage and treatment. EAU has close collaborative care with A&E.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and caring individuals to join our well established team.

Clinical Support Workers play a vital role in line with nurses to deliver excellent care to our patients with broad and varied health conditions. The job is both exciting and challenging where team working is essential and good initiative is paramount.

The post holder is responsible for the delivering of patient care needs and development, devising, implementing, and evaluating programs of care, both for a specific group of patients as the named care provider and in supporting the care of all patients. As a clinical support worker, you will provide daily clinical delivery of evidence-based practice care to the nursing team. You will actively support the Unit Manager in the maintenance of providing excellent nursing care.
