We are seeking an experienced Major Trauma Care Coordinator to join our team, who can effectively communicate complex information and lead by example. As a vital part of our major trauma team, you will contribute to enhancing patient care through innovative approaches and evidence-based practices.

Your key responsibilities will include providing specialist support in assessing, planning, and implementing care for major trauma patients, ensuring seamless transitions from emergency departments to discharge or rehabilitation. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient flow through major trauma rehabilitation pathways, prioritize effective discharge planning, and ensure timely completion of rehabilitation assessments within national guidelines.

The estimated salary for this role is around £43,000-£56,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
