We are a small friendly business based in Bradford specializing in Butchering equipment and professional knives. We pride ourselves on being friendly, helpful and able to have the knowledge to advise our customers in the best way possible to ensure they get the best service and product. Due to the rapid growth of our business we are looking for an admin assistant.The role plays a crucial part in the delivery of the customer experience. Ensuring the smooth running of the front office, ensuring revenue is maximized at all times and that service exceeds our customer expectations.

If you're willing to learn about the trade, up for a challenge and have great customer service and IT skills then this could be the job for you.

Experience in the trade is not essential as all training will be provided.
- **Primary role responsibilities**:_
- Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Supporting business operations such as ordering supplies and deliveries
- Taking Payment and orders from customers
- Producing quotes and invoices
- Data input
- Managing WhatsApp and social media accounts
- **Skills required**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build up a good rapport and strong relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suites/drive and IT
- The ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Organised/time management skills - able to organise time effectively to carry out the various responsibilities effectively and to a high standard

- 1 x 30 minute unpaid break
- Total 20 hours

Pay: Up to £1,000.00 per month
