An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding multi award-winning provider of SaaS based provider of customer experience and AI technology that builds proactive, intelligent & contextual customer journeys for leading brands. Our client has thebacking of a global parent company, so you get the best of both worlds - a growing agile & innovative market disruptor with corporate support.
We are looking for focused individuals to develop and close **new business** in target sectors Telco, Utilities, Logistics, Healthcare, and Insurance. You will work closely with Customer Success and Development teams to exceed client expectationsand grow annual recurring revenue.
In return there is a great base salary plus chance to double that in commission (uncapped), private health, 5% employer pension, 25 days hols, x 4 salary life cover and discounted gym membership.
**Please note this role requires someone fluent in German and can be based in the UK or Germany***
**Role Deliverables**:
- Accountable for finding, targeting and qualifying new opportunities for our clients target sectors
- Lead the consultative sales process from start to finish, ultimately accountable for new business written to quota
- Work with customer success to ensure the process design and implementation (pre-sales) aligns with the business process and KPIs to win the sale
- Build the relevant sales execution plan, complete all commercial, contractual and stakeholder activities
- Build and execute your own business plan to hit quota
- For existing clients assigned to you, create and execute an Account Plan that will deliver a roadmap of growth that is of benefit to clients
- Accountable for seeking and utilising new channels and new communication methods.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Proven new business enterprise level sales and digital transformation experience.
- Service and project delivery experience in an IT or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of customer experience / contact centre technology trends would be highly advantageous.
- Strong partnerships through excellent client relationship management.
- Proven experience designing digital customer journeys and improving digital processes.
- Understanding consumer behaviour and the importance of language and timing when devising a communication strategy.
- Demonstrably strong commercial awareness including the creation of business cases.
- Experience steering large and complex projects end-to-end.
- Technical skills in data analysis - strong excel skills are desirable
- Ability to create a product roadmap that will drive value for your client/s.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple accounts and work streams concurrently and operate effectively under intense time and business pressure.
- Detailed knowledge of large corporations operating practices and mechanisms
- Business proficiency or ideally fluent in verbal and written German language
