We are working with a market leading Financial Planning & Wealth Management organisation who are seeking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator. The company has a fantastic reputation and a national presence; they have been continuously growing overthe past 5 years meaning there is scope for progression and development within this role as the company continues to grow.

The client is looking for an Administrator who can provide support to the overall practice, firms Financial Advisers & clients.

**Duties include**:

- Liaise with product providers to obtain fees and charges on specific products
- Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations
- Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system
- Assist with the onboarding process of new clients

**You should have**:

- Experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Previous experience of working within financial services
- Strong attention to detail

Ideally you come from a Financial Services background such as: financial planning & wealth management, pensions, investments, platform, banking etc.
