**Monday-Friday position, 40 hours per week - core hours between 10am - 4pm. with flexibility on occasion**.

Looking for a fast paced, growing business that is set to build from circa 800 employees currently, by acquisition. Are you an HRBP who has a passion for Employee Relations and experienced in TUPE transfers? This is a business that is going through an excitingperiod of growth and are transitioning to become a Community Service leader

Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be responsible for supporting the site teams with all things HR - a fabulous opportunity for an experienced HRBP to take on a new challenge There would be occasions where you will need to travel to supportother sites across London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employee relations for operations staff
- Absence and performance management
- Disciplinary and grievance processes
- Influence the business strategy
- Support in a generalist HR capacity.
- Providing pragmatic and legally-complaint HR advice & guidance to line managers
- Coaching and supporting managers to resolve ER issues within their teams in a manner that preserves the manager/employee relationship and builds competency and performance in line with the company values.
- Analyse and distribute HR data and provide insights to business division that provide meaningful insights and improve overall report.

No two days are the same You maybe working on employee relations one day and policies or strategy the next, so someone who is resilient and can hit the ground running would be ideal.

**Key Background**
- Demonstrable experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role
- Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 or working towards this
- Knowledge of TUPE and organisational change would be advantageous
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Experience of handling performance/absence management and disciplinary issues
- The ability to manage a varied and busy workload
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ideally having supported a blue collar/operational workforce.
- Relevant experience and expertise in performance management
- Superb communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing
- Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organisation
