We have a very exciting opportunity for a HR admin to join a very exciting organisation within a rapidly growing industry
**Your new role**
My client is looking for a HR admin to join the team to provide HR support, maintain the HR database and maintain the legal training database. You will report into the HR advisor and be the first point of contact for all HR related queries as well as supportingthe wider HR team and business.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for administrating and maintaining the Company's HR records
- Responsible for updating & maintaining the HR system
- Responsible for issuing contacts and variation to contract letters in a timely manner
- Responsible for the administration of new starters to effectively onboard them into the company
- Responsible for administration of the leavers process to end employment life cycle
- Escalate issues internally and externally where required
- Administration of holiday and sickness records
- Ensuring compulsory Right to Work Checks of new starter are conducted prior to employment and review of visa's as well as processing pre-employment references and gaining certificates of qualifications
- First point of contact for employees with HR queries
- Responsible for maintaining the company's statutory & legal training database
- Primary contact for all training queries & manages the training inbox
- To escalate concerns to senior management of training gaps and flag outstanding items to ensure the company meets it legal obligation
- Administration of Company probation period and enrolment of company benefits
- Liaising with managers to conduct probation reviews
- Responsible for confirming extensions or passing of an employee's probation period
- Communicate the Company benefits to employee
- Administration of enrolment of Company benefits
- Administration of Long Service Benefits

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Accurate, highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently, be proactive & self-motivated with excellent time management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and a wiliness to liaise with many different departments
- Willingness to learn new skills and implement them in their work
- Level 3 CIPD qualification desirable or working towards
- Knowledge & understanding of HR related issues
