Scheduling Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator who wants to be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. As our Scheduling Coordinator, You’ll be responsible for ensuring our Installers are in the right place, at the right time. You’ll have a strong understanding of due process and the importance of customer service. You’ll be scheduling customer appointments for a variety of work types ensuring overall installer efficiency and high utilisation.
You’ll work as a vital conduit between our internal teams and field-based installers. You’ll work to deliver maximum efficiency, utilisation and Installer satisfaction. Your focus will also be on utilising available business data in order to forecast installer capacity, enabling you to identify future challenges well in advance, and find innovative solutions.

- You have the required soft skills for speaking to customers in a clear and engaging manner with excellent verbal and written communication.
- You have an understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the “why” behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition.
- You have strong decision-making skills with the ability to work on own initiative, multitask and work well under pressure.
- You have good geographical knowledge of mainland UK and NI.
- You have familiarity with scheduling and routing platforms and ways of working.
