**Job Title: SEND Coordinator**
**Location**: **Derbyshire**
**Hours: 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE)**
**Accountable to**: **SLT Programme Manager for SEND**
**Salary: £25,000k FTE per annum**
**Main functions**:
- Coordinate SEND delivery across a number of different programmes.
- Engagement and relationship development with employers and schools.
- Provide support to the SLT Programme Manager for SEND and feedback information on the development and resource needs of programmes/staff.
- Systematic capture of data for tracking destination and impact data.
**Key responsibilities**:
- To understand the key outcomes for the programme/s you support.
- To proactively engage and work with employers who support the programmes and coordinate their input.
- To liaise with schools and ensure practical arrangements for programme delivery are in place effectively.
- To work alongside the Programme Manager to collate and complete contract reports for funders, including impact measures and case studies.
- To support with delivery of programmes/events where needed.
- To work with and support members of the SEND delivery team as required.
- To promote the work of DEBP and have a positive ethos around the support and development of staff, promoting inclusivity and professionalism within that support.
- To work closely with the Programme Manager to identify areas for development.
- To provide advice and support for operational staff i.e. resources, communication, impact measures, engagement etc..
- To uphold the professional standards required for DEBP.
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by your employer.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
