Optime Group in partnership with a well-known Ground Handling Company located at Bristol International Airport are looking to add to its growing team of Ramp Agents serving one of the UK's fastest growing airports.

New pay rate of £12.81 per hour

**Start Dates**:

- 8th January 2024
- 5th February 2024
- 4th March 2024
- 18th March 2024

**The Role**:

- You will be working both airside.
- Aircraft Marshalling tasks including guiding arriving and departing aircraft on the ground, using hand signals and communication equipment to ensure safe and efficient movements.
- You will be required to adapt to adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, or extreme temperatures, to ensure the safety and efficiency of ground operations.
- Collaborate with other ramp agents, ground handling staff, and airline personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and the timely turnaround of aircraft.
- Full training will be given. (6 days classroom-based training)
- Full PPE will be provided.

Hours

**An example of the shift hours**:

- Day 1: 0500 till 1400
- Day 2: 0500 till 1400
- Day 3: 0500 till 1700
- Day 4: 1330 till 2230
- Day 5: 1330 till 2230

There will be lots of overtime available if wanted.

**Requirements**:

- Full manual driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
- Right to Work in the UK
- Five year fully checkable reference history
- Ability to pass Criminal Record Check (CRC)

**Salary**:

- NOW £12.81 per hour
- Upskill opportunities leading to a further increased rate after successful training £13.31
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime Premiums available.
- Overtime paying time and half (1.5)
- PAID WEEKLY
