Turnaround Coordinator

Aviation Recruitment experts Optime Group are proud to be recruiting for Turnaround coordinators at Bristol Airport

As a TCO, you’ll be responsible for the safe, secure and effective turnaround of the aircraft from arrival to departure. Previous supervisory experience in a Front of House / Check-in / Ground Handling environment is welcomed.

Start Date:

• June 2024

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £13.65 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
• Full referencing completed by Optime Group
• Weekly pay
• Temp to Perm (performance based)

Hours:

• Please find below an example of a rota:
• Day 1: 5am - 5pm
• Day 2: 5am - 5pm
• Day 3: 2pm - 2am
• Day 4: 2pm - 2am

Key Duties:

• To consistently deliver the highest customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the ramp operation and third-party suppliers to ensure on-time departure targets are met.
• Responsible for coordinating the safe loading and unloading of the aircraft.
• Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Full Manual Driving License.
• Previous airport experience within a turnaround coordinator/check-in/ground handling role.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Have a calm, friendly and professional manor.
• Experience of supervising a number of teams.
• Ability to quickly and accurately react and assess any given situation and instigate corrective action.
• Work well within a team
• Be able to pass a medical test.
