**Your new company**
You will be working for a prestigious Russell Group University in the heart of East/Central London. You will be working for their Legal Advice Centre to assist the, with their legal queries. The Centre processes about 2000 client enquiries per year betweenSeptember to May. These then result in about 440 appointments at the Centre. You will work alongside two Client and Student Administrators.
**Your new role**:

- Logging answerphone messages for client enquiries which come into the Centre
- Answering the client enquiry line and taking details of cases for potential clients, logging these on the system and triaging them. If the case is of a kind, then you will book in for a client appointment, then following the processes to book them in
- Sorting the student inbox to support students working on client cases
- Setting up the Centre for the day (ensuring student printer cards are out, passwords are available for students, the Centre is tidy and the post has been taken to the post room
- Working through our procedures to close client cases
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks which arise in the course of the work.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent attention to detail,
- Good spelling, punctuation and grammar as case summaries are sent to our volunteer lawyers and students,
- Ability to prioritise work in a busy office environment,
- Excellent customer service skills, and
- Ability to communicate with a range of people from different backgrounds and vulnerabilities.
