Adecco are currently recruiting for a
**Student Administration Officer** to join a prestigious university based in Canary Wharf.

**Salary**: £13

**Duration**:ASAP - end of April (high potential of being extended)

**Working pattern**:Fully Onsite, 35 hours per week

**Contract type**:Temporary

**Roles and responsibilities**

**Enrolments**
- Assist with organising enrolment.
- Assist with the online and face-to-face enrolment of new & returning students.
- Assist with the checking and verification of international student statuses in line with Immigration legislation/regulations.
- Assist with the scanning & logging international students' documents.
- Assist with the printing and dissemination of ID cards.
- Checking student's details and updating their record on file.
- Guiding and signposting students when necessary.
- Scanning and logging International Student's Documents in the relevant folders

**Experience**
- Experience in an administrative role or fast paced customer service environment.
- Proven experience of using initiative, managing multiple priorities, and working within a busy service environment.
- Proven experience of working in a role where teamwork was key to effective service delivery.
- Proven experience of handling confidential and sensitive documents.
- Experience within a similar role in higher education
- Proven experience of using a student information system i.e. SITS or other relevant database business system.
- Experience of handling student Visas and processing Overseas student enrolment.
