**Senior Administrator - About The Role**

To support the CEO and Business Services Team to deliver a high-quality service to their Stakeholders including responsibility for the scheduling, co-ordination and servicing of meetings, Executive team and Stakeholders meetings and maintenance of an efficientand effective filing system, administrative duties and monitoring/reporting tasks. Key duties include:

- Meeting scheduling, co-ordination and servicing i.e. from scheduling through to meeting room set-up/cleardown, managing confirmations, apologies
- Scheduling and co-ordination of Executive team and Stakeholder meetings
- Managing meeting paper process, including collation of meeting pack, ensuring papers are redacted as needed and circulated to the correct audience, uploading to the system and completion of any agreed archiving processes
- Preparing templates for minutes as required for meetings
- Managing the filing process for meeting packs and minutes
- Maintaining an efficient filing system
- Maintaining the Information documents and attendance records
- Preparing Annual Reports
- Undertake daily check and maintenance of mailbox
- Maintaining calendar entries, monitoring and circulating as required
- Issuing and monitoring on/off boarding instructions
- Updating process notes as and when required
- Weekly check of the website and circulating new information to the Business Services department
- Regular search of press releases relevant to the Business and circulating articles to the Business Services department

**To be successful the Senior Administrator will**:

- Be a highly organised individual with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise and efficiently manage their workload to provide support and excellent customer service to key Stakeholders.
- A proactive administrator providing a range of key support services to the wider team.
- Expert knowledge of Outlook, good MS Office tools skills and attention to detail for consistency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with a range of Stakeholders
- Able to adjust approach to work with a wide variety of Stakeholders
- Able to manage personal workload and work independently and pro-actively
