**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the production process in a community care office setting
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage rotas
- Maintain inventory of client and staff
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and all compliance of documentation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a community care office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of community care terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
